Richard is the founder and director of Costimate, an estimating construction company that services commercial, residential and trade clients across Australia for all levels of BoQ requirements.

Richard started in the construction industry at a young age as a carpenter and worked his way up to his last full-time position as a Senior Estimator over the span of 15 years. Furthermore, he has a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, and financial planning as well as relevant construction diplomas and certificates that motivated him to build Costimate to service the gap in the market.

Richard built Costimate on the concept of assisting people in achieving success, which is something he is extremely passionate about. Richard’s drive to achieve success is what motivates him to work hard every day.
